I love this time of year.

I love this time of year. The commercial world has been ready for Christmas for a month already, but my neighborhood is starting to catch on. Our house has been festive for a week on the inside, but it is now it is festive on the outside. (And looks better than it ever has if I do say so myself.) The whole daylight savings change is hard on me until this point of the year. Somehow seeing the decorations all lit up on houses and lawns makes me glad it is dark outside. Or at least adjust to the change. I went out to take the trash out tonight, and saw 2 new homes had lights up tonight. It is definitely beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
