Can I count this as a FO?

I have finished one baby bootie.

It is a preemie baby bootie that I can't make a mate to. (Operator error on the 1st makes a 2nd impossible.) So, I'm looking for a one legged doll that needs a bootie. I think the appropriate doll would have marker scribbled over her face, a spikey short hair cut, and possible one eye that doesn't open and close the way it is supposed to. You know the type, right?

Now, this knitting is still an accomplishment. It was the first time I cast on, first time on 2 new stitch patterns, first decreases and first binding off. Woo Hoo.
