R is 15 months old today!
R's new tricks include walking backwards and able to back down stairs (as long as there are only 2) He is becoming very experienced at falling down and getting scrapes and bruises.
Favorite foods: peaches, juice, crackers, and cookies if we'll let him.
Words he says: ame (amen), kaku (cracker), cheese, apple, bye, mama, dada, hi, moh (more), zhoo (shoe), and juice. He will sign more and all done, and even these two signs makes communicating SO much easier.
He is still great to play by himself and LOVES his cars. He spends lots of time lining them up along the edge of the couch/chair. It is like an Easter egg hunt when it is time to put the cars away. (One under the TV stand, two on the book shelves, etc.)

R talks and talks and talks. It is fun to listen to him jabber on. He pauses at all the right times and nodds/says Ya! when you ask "really?" or similar questions.
We are so thankful to have him in our home. We are really blessed.
