Head Scratcher for the day
Our insurance company (who shall remain nameless) called this morning and asked if they could check if there are any additional discounts they can find to lower our rates. E said sure. They transferred him to an account keep you here/reduce your rate specialist. Said specialist took our info, and then promised to call back ASAP. It was a somewhat comical call that came ASAP. Our specialist hemmed and hawwed before admitting that there was nothing they could do to lower our rate, AND his research showed that there were other companies that could give us a lower rate. But, PLEASE don't leave us. We like your money. Um, yeah. Anyone have a good company they'd like to recommend?

Okay that is the funniest thing I have read all week! We had an insurance guy from Allstate come by our house the other day. We are already with Allstate, but he wanted us to move to him. So I asked him if we'd get a better rate or something. No, but his office is closer so we could run the bill over if we need to. Wow, i am sold!
