Christmas party #1

 E had a party for the Horticulture department. It was in a hotel ballroom with fancy place settings, servers and fancy food.  There was a bar for drinks, appetizers, dessert, and candy.  The buffet line included dishes like eggplant lasagna, roasted chicken with pecan stuffing, and zucchini, red pepper, and corn au gratin.  YUM!

The kids were invited.  They were well behaved. Maybe it was because they knew they would see this guy.  RR cried, of course.

 
Miss M talked to him, but would not look at the camera or get near his lap. Of course, he looks a little "come here little child" creepy here.

 

 R got tired of smiling during technical difficulties with the camera.  Mmmm hmm. 

This was actually the first time I have EVER taken pictures of my kids with Santa. We had a nice time at this party.
