Proud to be a Florida Gator

 I am really enjoying this having football tickets thing.  First there is the trek to the stadium, then the trek to your seat, then possible kick someone out of your seat (happened today) but once the game gets going, it's smooth sailing.

Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Florida Field holds over 88,000 people. It was basically full today, and remained full even after half time. How crazy is it that at a normal game, this stadium contains 21 times the population of my home town.
It was fun to see the fancy camera floating over the players.

We stayed standing the whole game. (Not necessarily by choice.)  It started out scary, but the Gators stepped up and won.  We are still learning the "local customs."  The proper way to chomp to the beat, the words and actions to cheers, and the words to the fight song sung at the end of the 3rd quarter, to which everyone sways. But we are happy to don our blue and orange and sit on the hard bleachers in the Florida sun.
